These terms cover how you use this website and, in the section below, the terms of our text messaging program. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, call us and ask.

Who we are

The Container Retreat @ Canyon Lake, LLC is a residential rental community at 420 Simon Crest, Canyon Lake, TX 78133. Leasing and marketing for the community are handled on the owner's behalf by EasyPark LLC. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the community and the leasing team acting for it.

Using this website

Everything on this site is offered in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but availability, pricing and terms can change, and nothing on this site is an offer to lease. A home is only reserved once a lease is signed and any required payment has cleared. Photographs and floor plans are representative of the community and may not be the exact home you are shown on paper.

Please do not use this site to submit somebody else's contact details, to submit false information, or to interfere with the site or the people using it.

Text messaging program

What the program is

If you tick the optional text messaging box on one of our forms, you are agreeing to receive text messages and automated or recorded phone calls from us about home availability, leasing, and the inquiry you sent us. This is separate from asking us to get back to you: you can ask for a reply by phone or email without ever agreeing to texts.

Who can join

You must be 18 years of age or older to join this text messaging program.

The number we text from

Our messages come from (830) 590-0572. That is the same number you can call to reach our leasing line.

How often we message

Message frequency varies, up to about 6 messages a month. Messages are more frequent in the first few weeks after you inquire and taper off after that. If you reply to us, we will reply back, and those replies are not counted against that number.

Cost

We do not charge you anything to receive our messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and for data under your own plan, so message and data rates may apply. Check your plan if you are not sure what yours charges.

How to stop

Text STOP to (830) 590-0572, or reply STOP to any message we send you. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you again unless you ask us to start.

You can also stop by calling us on that number and telling us, or by emailing the address at the top of this page. Stopping texts has no effect on your inquiry or on any application: we will still get back to you by phone or email.

Carriers are not liable

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your device, and neither we nor your carrier can guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time. Supported carriers can change without notice.

Agreeing is optional

You are not required to agree to receive text messages or automated calls in order to rent a home from us, to submit an inquiry, to apply, or to hear back from us. It is always optional, and declining it costs you nothing.

Your number and your consent

We never share your mobile number or your messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. What we do with the rest of your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Automated assistance

Some of our scheduling and response tools use automated, AI-assisted technology to help route messages quickly and consistently, and our leasing line is answered by an automated assistant that identifies itself as such. A person always reviews every applicant, and the property owner makes all leasing decisions.

Fair housing

We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We do business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability. Reasonable accommodation requests are welcome, contact us anytime. All applicants are welcome and reviewed under the same written criteria.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to ask us to delete it. It forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If we make a material change to the text messaging program, we will say so in a message before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here limits any right you have under the federal Fair Housing Act, the Texas Fair Housing Act, or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
